1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Decorative stickers that have been used, peeled, or applied
  • Rope lanyards that show signs of wear or use
  • Phone stands that are damaged due to misuse
  • Items purchased under clearance or final sale

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed

4. Return Process

  • Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping the item
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products
  • Replacement will be shipped after approval of the request

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
