1. Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

- Rope lanyards that show signs of wear or use
- Phone stands that are damaged due to misuse
- Items purchased under clearance or final sale
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed
4. Return Process

- Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping the item
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products
- Replacement will be shipped after approval of the request
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
